    CEO, Chairman and Founder

    As CEO, Michael drives the overall strategic and creative vision for Atigeo. Prior to founding Atigeo, Michael was a General Manager at Microsoft where he oversaw three Microsoft Consulting Services groups, founded the Microsoft Partner Solutions Center (MPSC), ran partner strategy and product teams, receiving numerous awards during his 10 year Microsoft career. He also led Operations and Systems Engineering for AccessLine Technologies, and worked as an R&D Scientist for Meteor Communications. Michael holds 9 patents. He is very active in local community affairs, Michael has designed and taught a Masters of Public Administration course at Seattle University in "eCitizenship," and is an avid supporter of Seattle Children's Hospital, Junior League, United Way, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and a number of K–12 schools. Michael also sits on the Board of Directors of the Hope Heart Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing and treating cardiovascular disease.

  • Diane Frawert

    Controller

    As Controller, Diane contributes on many fronts to the successful growth of Atigeo. Her primary responsibilities include pricing and profitability analysis, contract review, and strengthening procedures and controls. Diane's core objective is to provide support to operating areas, allowing them to further focus on their areas of expertise and launch product. Diane's experience spans 20 years working for leading entertainment corporations including Playboy Enterprises, Universal Studios and The Walt Disney Co. In this capacity, she managed finance and accounting functions, primarily supporting areas of new technology and acquisition integration. Her professional career started with Ernst & Young where she attained her CPA license.

  • Peyvand Khademi, Ph.D.

    Vice President of Product Management

    Peyvand is an adept technologist with broad experience in the growth phases of technology start-ups. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on computational neural science and a M.B.A. in Technology Management. Most recently, Peyvand was the President and COO at Conversay, where he worked with major customers like Boeing, GE and Samsung. Peyvand signed Samsung to the company's biggest contract, which led to the successful delivery of their speech software on 12 Samsung models (with combined sales of 20 million units). In his Product Management role, Peyvand partners with engineering, science, and sales teams to define our software product roadmap so that it addresses anticipated customer needs and provides compelling industry thought leadership.

    Vice President, Analytics

    Michael's current focus at Atigeo is developing the contextual and spatial intelligence in the xPatterns platform. Most recently, Michael served as Technology Executive for Predictive Analytics Consulting. Michael has 20 years of experience in predictive and behavior modeling, analytic software development, real-time adaptive systems, and engineering management. In addition, Michael has an exceptional background in building and deploying machine-learning and deep analytics-based technologies.

  • Christopher Burgess

    Chief Operating Officer, Chief Security Officer

    Christopher is Atigeo's President and Chief Operating Officer, in charge of the day to day operations, while also leading product solutions, marketing, communications, sales and business development efforts. Prior to joining Atigeo, he served as the senior security advisor to the CSO of Cisco where he led the Global Threat Analysis, Global Investigative Support, Government Security Office and Litigation Support Service teams. His time at Cisco was preceded by more than 30 years as a career intelligence officer within the Central Intelligence Agency, where Christopher was awarded the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal, in recognition of his sustained significant accomplishments in the national security arena. He sits on a number of advisory boards including Mayo Clinic's Social Media external advisory board, SC Magazine's editorial advisory board and Rune Information Security advisory board. Burgess is also a sought after speaker and writer, providing thought leadership on the topics of intellectual property protection, security stratagem, online safety and privacy, social media, security education and awareness, intelligence, counter-intelligence, protecting against corporate/industrial espionage and global geopolitical/economic affairs.

    Demetri is highly regarded in the global business community for his proven track record of building successful relationships, and helping to succinctly negotiate and close deals between parties. In addition to projects that include merger and acquisition opportunities, divestitures of assets, and Board of Director placements, Demetri's interests also span various social concerns. He has raised tens of millions of dollars for charitable work and has convened the highest caliber of global leaders on numerous social issues affecting our world, such as poverty, global health, religious conflicts, and environmental concerns. He is a supporter of the Clinton Foundation, American Lung Association, Muscular Dystrophy Foundation, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, American Hellenic Institute, and The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation.

    In a career spanning film, television, popular music, and philanthropy, Courtney Taylor specializes in forging mutually beneficial relationships between businesses, nonprofit organizations, and the entertainment industry. Her esteemed client roster has included Sony Music, Columbia Tri-Star Television, David de Rothschild, Steven Donziger, Sir James Goldsmith's Cuixmala Ecological Foundation, and sixties icon Twiggy. An entrepreneur with a flair for high fashion and design, Courtney founded Talita Jewelry in 1999, which attracted high-end retailer Fred Segal and a following of celebrity icons.

    Guru Singh is a third generation yogi and teacher of Humanology and the Kundalini Yogic Experience. He is a musician, composer, author, and a Minister of Sikh Dharma with a Doctorate of Divinity. Most important - to him - he is a family man, and a human being. As chairman of the International Council of Sikh Ministers, Guru Singh has worked with spiritual and religious leaders of nearly every faith to connect diverse communities around the world. He serves on the boards of several fast growth companies transforming today's world of education, high technology, publishing, and community building. Guru Singh is also involved with the University of Pennsylvania, School of Medicine, Department of Neurotheology, which is using medical imaging to measure dynamic brain function under the influence of meditation, mantra, and prayer.

    Walter is Chairman of Schoenfeld Group, a diversified private investment company. Walter's business activities have encompassed directorships of Reading Railroad, Sunshine Mining, Anchor Post Corporation, Bismark, and Vans Inc. (where he served as Chairman and CEO). Walter was Vice President and Director of the Seattle Supersonics Basketball Club from 1968 to 1979, and a General Partner and Owner of the Seattle Mariners Baseball Club from 1976 to 1983. He currently serves as a Director of Foundation Bank of Bellevue, Washington, and the Aritzia Corporation of Canada. As a Seattle resident, Walter is a Member of The Seattle Foundation, and has previously served on the boards of PONCHO, ACT Theatre, Seattle Chamber of Commerce, 5th Avenue Foundation, Temple De Hirsch Sinai, and the Northwest Artificial Kidney Center.

  • Richard Purcell


    Richard has been a leading voice in addressing consumer privacy and data protection challenges since the late 1990s. He leads the Corporate Privacy Group (CPG), advising multinational corporations, Internet start-ups and government agencies on sustainable information security and privacy programs. As Microsoft's original privacy officer, he designed, developed, implemented, and managed one of the world's largest and most advanced privacy programs. Recently, Richard was named Executive Director of the Privacy Projects, an information management think tank and research organization. In 2009, he was appointed Chairman of the Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee for the Department of Homeland Security, a committee on which he has served since 2005.

  • Tim Phillips


    Tim is a social entrepreneur who has launched several innovative organizations in the non-profit and for-profit sectors that address critical and emerging global issues. He serves of the board of directors, trustees and overseers of numerous international organizations and cultural and educational institutions, including the Institute for Global Leadership at Tufts University and the University of the Middle East. He also serves as a strategic consultant to a number of early-stage nongovernmental organizations on issues of democratization, civil society, conflict resolution and technologies to bridge the digital divide in the developing world. Tim is a frequent speaker in national and international forums, including the Council on Foreign Relations, the Salzburg Seminar, the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Department of State. In the private sector, Mr. Phillips was a founder of Energia Global International Ltd. (EGI), which was a leader in the development and operation of privately owned renewable energy facilities in Central and South America in the early 1990s.

  • Phillip M. Nudelman, Ph.D.


    Phillip is the recently retired President and CEO of the Hope Heart Institute, Seattle's leading nonprofit cardiovascular research and education center. Previously, he spent thirty years with Group Health Cooperative, serving in many capacities including the position of President and CEO, and as Chairman and President of Kaiser/Group Health. Group Health Cooperative is the largest consumer-directed healthcare delivery system in the United States. A noted advocate for improving healthcare in the country, Phillip has served on the White House Task Force for Health Care Reform and the President's Advisory Commission on Consumer Protection and Quality in Health Care. He has served on the Pew Health Professions Commission and the American Medical Association Task Force on Ethics, and served as Chairman of the American Association of Health Plans.

  • Daniel Kranzler


    Daniel is a wireless technology industry entrepreneur who for 30 years has been managing, supporting, and financing start-up high-tech companies. Since 1984, Daniel has invested in, managed, and advised communications and Internet tech start-ups whose combined equity values exceeded $20 billion. He has also held senior management roles at McCaw Cellular, Beepers Northwest, InfoSpace, AccessLine Technologies, and Mforma/Hands-On. Daniel is currently Managing Partner of eFund LLC, a venture fund that invests in wireless and technology start-ups and channels the profits to children's charities.

  • Jim Jensen


    C. James Jensen is the co-founder and managing partner of Madison James, L.P, a provider of full service sales and marketing support to select luxury master-planned communities, and Mara Gateway Associates, L.P., a privately owned real estate investment company. Additionally, James is the co-managing partner of Stronghurst, LLC, which provides advisory and financial services to emerging growth companies. James' previous business activities include serving as Chairman and CEO of Thousand Trails, Inc., a national network and the industry leader of private campground resorts; President, Grantree Furniture Rental Corporation, which became the largest furniture rental company in America; and an eleven year career with Encyclopedia Britannica, Inc. James is an active member of the World Presidents' Organization and a past director of the Boys and Girls Club and the Leukemia Society of America.

    Ken is CEO of Hatch Enterprises, Inc., which provides organizational and communications consulting for corporations in transition or crisis. He also currently serves as advisor to Lydian Wealth Management's Private Wealth Management division. From 1980 to 1995, he served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of KIRO, Inc., a division of Bonneville International Corporation. Ken has also served on numerous boards, including Ecova, a biotechnology firm, Olympic National Bank and Mortgage Company, Northern Life Insurance Company, Coco Plum Corporation, Bear Creek Development, Inc., CashPoint Inc., Advanced Biometrics, Inc. In addition, he has served on over 30 non-profit boards, for which he received Washington state's "Man of the Year" award in recognition for his devotion to non-profit organizations. Ken serves as a trustee and board member for a wide range of business, civic and education organizations.

    Chris is a Writer, Director, and Production Designer in the film industry. He is currently rewriting to direct Paramount Vantage's thriller entitled Man On A Ledge for Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura. Prior to writing and directing, Chris was a Production Designer and Art Director for film, television, and commercial production. He was Supervising Art Director on Steven Spielberg's Minority Report, Art Director on David Fincher's Fight Club and the Coen brothers' The Man Who Wasn't There and many others.

  • Antonio O. Garza


    Antonio is a partner of Vianovo, a leading management and communications consultancy. He also serves as chairman of Vianovo Ventures, the firm's cross-border business development unit. In addition to his roles at Vianovo, Tony serves as Counsel in the Mexico City office of White & Case. Drawing on decades of high-profile business, political, legal, and international trade experiences, he serves as a strategic counselor to CEOs, investors, and entrepreneurs. He is acknowledged as one of the top experts on U.S.-Mexico relations and on the business and political environments of both nations. Prior to joining Vianovo and White & Case, Tony served as U.S. Ambassador to Mexico from 2002 to 2009, focusing his work on U.S. interests in Mexico, international business development, and broadening and deepening the dialogue between the two countries. In 2009, he received the Azteca Aguila, the Mexican government's highest honor bestowed upon a non-citizen.

  • Claude D. Benchimol


    Claude is the recently retired Senior Vice President, Biological Information Systems at Life Technologies, a $3+ billion Life Sciences Company headquartered in Carlsbad, California. Previously, he served in a variety of executive positions at General Electric Healthcare. From 2001 to 2003, he was Vice-President of Global Technology at GE's Medical Information Technologies, which grew into a $2 billion enterprise. Prior to this role, he assumed a number of leadership positions in GE in the development of complex diagnostic imaging instruments and innovations. He is also a member of the French Academy of Technology. He serves on the Board of the San Diego Symphony, and as the chair of the Council of Advisors of the UCSD Jacobs School of Engineering.

  • Lance Auburg


    Lance brings over a decade of successful business development and consulting to HMC. He has participated in all facets of the business cycle (from initial funding to acquisition). His core expertise lies in start-ups where he becomes instrumental in facilitating growth. Lance has been on the Board of Essential Security Software (now Encryptics) since 2003 and has played a major role in raising the initial capital for the company. Currently Lance is consulting with numerous companies including Validas, E-Guide Services, All Players, The Planket, Bridge Metrics, and The Texas Rangers. Over the last several years, Lance has secured millions of dollars in private equity for emerging companies given his wide circle of connections in multiple industries (from software to healthcare to entertainment to sports).

  • Mozelle Thompson


    Mozelle is a distinguished New York based attorney, former Federal Trade Commissioner (USA), and current Advisory Board Member and Consultant to Facebook. Mr. Thompson was sworn in as a Commissioner on the Federal Trade Commission in 1997 and previously appointed Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary in 1996 and Deputy Assistant Secretary in 1993. He was one of five Commissioners, nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate to enforce federal antitrust and consumer protection laws. During his tenure at the FTC, Thompson worked in all areas of agency responsibility, but had notable leadership roles in the areas of international consumer protection; high technology; media and communications; online privacy and financial services, intellectual property and competition, and newly deregulated industries, such as energy. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in these fields. Mr. Thompson has been active in a number of professional and civic organizations, including the Association of Black Princeton Alumni and the Executive Board of Practicing Attorneys for Law Students, a mentoring organization assisting African-American and Latino law students.

  • John Rindlaub


    John joined Wells Fargo Bank in 2002 as CEO for the Pacific Northwest Region, including operations in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. His responsibilities include commercial banking, community leadership, and setting and executing the company's overall growth strategy for the region. Prior to Wells Fargo, John was at Bank of America where he held executive positions including President and Commercial Bank Executive for Bank of America Northwest, and Chairman of Bank of America Asia. John is also trustee for the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, a member of the University of Washington Business School Advisory Board, and director and treasurer of The National Bureau of Asian Research.

  • Michael Radler


    Michael holds senior roles in the energy, real estate, and technology industries. Currently, he is the CEO and Founder of the Tug Hill Companies, a diverse portfolio of companies and investments in oil and gas, real estate, public equities, fixed income, and alternative investment funds. He was also the founder of Jetta Operating Company and served as President until he retired in 2007. Under his leadership, Jetta grew to become one of the top 35 largest privately held oil and gas companies in the United States. In addition to Atigeo, Michael serves on the boards of Hill Country Harbor and the Radler Family Foundation, and is involved in numerous charitable and industry organizations.

  • Dave Olsen


    Dave is the former Sr. Vice President of Culture and Leadership Development at Starbucks Coffee. He joined Starbucks in 1987 and is now serving in an advisory capacity. During his tenure at Starbucks he traveled the world purchasing coffee, led the Research & Development department and published a framework for action that described Starbucks' commitment to support coffee farmers and their communities. In 1999 he took innovative steps to turn his passion for the global community into action, creating the Starbucks Corporation Social Responsibility department and establishing guidelines for the company's global conscience. Olsen has served on the boards of CARE USA, CARE International, Pike Place Market Foundation and Starbucks Foundation and he is currently on the Board of Trustees at Swedish Hospital.

  • Chris Kelly


    Chris is a Silicon Valley attorney with a long track record of representing innovative companies. Most recently, Chris was a Democratic candidate for Attorney General of California in the June 2010 primary election. Previously, as the first Chief Privacy Officer, General Counsel, and Head of Global Public Policy for Facebook, Chris worked with Attorneys General in all 50 states to develop safeguards to protect children and represented the company in complex situations involving privacy and intellectual property in the digital age. As a policy advisor for President Clinton, Chris advanced critical domestic programs in education, public safety, health, and the environment. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco 49ers Academy, an alternative public middle school in East Palo Alto, CA. He received his law degree from Harvard University.

  • Phil Condit


    Phil's career at Boeing spanned more than 35 years in almost 20 assignments. Phil was elected President and member of the board of directors in 1992. He added the title of CEO in 1996 and was elected Chairman in 1997. Under Phil's leadership, several mergers and acquisitions transformed the company into a broad-based, global enterprise. Phil served on the board of Hewlett-Packard Company, is co-chairman of the Trans Atlantic Business Council, and was chairman of the Business Roundtable. Elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering in 1985, he is also an honorary fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and an honorary fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He belongs to the Society of Automotive Engineers and has chaired the NASA Advisory Council's Aeronautics Advisory Committee. He has won numerous awards for engineering and management achievements. A Distinguished Eagle Scout Award winner, Condit is past president of the Chief Seattle Council of the Boy Scouts of America and now serves on the national board.

  • Michael Allen


    Michael was the founder and President of Providence Energy Corp., an independent oil and gas investment company and the managing partner in over 1.7 million net acres of mineral interests throughout the country. From inception, Providence Energy Corp. has acquired interest in over 4,000 wells in 15 states. Michael is a certified public accountant and started his career in Dallas with Ernst and Ernst, followed by 11 years with Headington Oil Company. He is actively involved in several inner-city projects, funding camps, schools, and turn-around projects in the North Texas area.

  • Joe Abrams


    Joe specializes in helping small technology companies build shareholder value. As a direct result of his efforts, he has completed merger and acquisition transactions in excess of $1 billion and small cap market equity raises in excess of $250 million. Joe cofounded Intermix in 1998, the predecessor company to MySpace, which was sold to News Corp. in 2005 for $580 million. In 1983, Abrams cofounded The Software Toolworks, Inc., a publicly held developer, publisher, and distributor of educational and entertainment software, which was sold to Pearson, Plc. in 1994 for $462 million.
